Cookie Policy

We use cookies and local storage only to run the service you asked for — signing in, keeping your shortlist, remembering display preferences, and keeping the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies, social-media pixels, or analytics trackers.

These are needed for the site to work. They do not require a separate opt-in.

• Sign-in. Authentication is handled by Clerk. If you create an account, Clerk sets cookies so we can recognize you across visits and keep your session secure.
• App session. Our backend (Convex) uses a session so pages can load talent, shortlists, and your account state.
• This notice. When you tap Got it, we store a small record in local storage so we do not show the same notice on every page load.

These stay on your device so features you use can remember your choices. They are not used to advertise to you.

• Shortlist. Candidates you save are stored locally so your shortlist survives a refresh.
• Appearance. Light or dark theme is remembered in your browser.
• Recent search. Roles you recently searched may be stored to speed up the next search.
• Shared shortlists. If you react on a shared shortlist without signing in, we keep a local viewer id (and optional name) so your reactions stay yours on this device.
• Intro details. Name, phone, and country you type into an introduction form may be remembered so you do not re-enter them every time.
• Submitted shortlists. A local record of shortlists you already sent, so you can find them again on this device.
• Host dashboard. If you use the host tools, the sidebar open/closed state may be stored in a cookie.

We do not set advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics products. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask before those cookies run.

• Sign out from the account menu to end an authenticated session
• Clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings
• Clearing site data also removes a locally saved shortlist, theme preference, and similar on-device records

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
