Terms of Service

WattaHire! helps teams discover remote talent through candidate profiles, intro videos, resumes, wishlists, and introduction requests. We facilitate discovery and outreach; we are not the employer of candidates listed on the platform unless we state otherwise in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service for hiring or business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Host and admin features are restricted to authorized users. You may not attempt to access admin tools, ingest endpoints, or private data without permission.

Profile information, videos, and resumes are provided for evaluation purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every detail is current, complete, or suitable for your needs. Availability, rates, and employment terms are confirmed separately after you reach out—not on public profile pages.

Submitting interest, reach-out forms, or wishlist shares constitutes permission for us and our partners to contact you about the candidates you selected. Reference codes are provided for your convenience; they do not create a binding offer of employment or pricing.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or misuse candidate media without authorization
• Harass candidates, impersonate others, or submit false contact information
• Interfere with security, access controls, or normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

The WattaHire! and realhires brands, site design, and platform software are owned by us or our licensors. Candidate content remains the property of the respective talent or licensors; you receive only the limited right to view and evaluate it through the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE HIRING OUTCOMES, CANDIDATE PERFORMANCE, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WATTAHIRES, REAL HIRES, INC., AND THEIR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify WattaHire! and Real Hires, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
